This FNX-45 Tactical pairs a full-size FDE polymer frame with a matching FDE slide, a 5.3 in cold hammer-forged stainless barrel that is extended and threaded .578x28 RH with a thread protector, and fixed tall 3-dot suppressor-height sights. The slide is factory optics-cut with the cover plate installed. It features fully ambidextrous controls and a large-frame double-stack .45 ACP format. This example includes three 15-round steel magazines, the FN soft zip case, the owner's manual, and three spare FDE backstraps, with a textured grip wrap installed.

The FNX-45 Tactical is a DA/SA, hammer-fired .45 ACP built around a large-frame double-stack design with 15+1 capacity. Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the manual safety/decocker, slide stop, and magazine release, supporting left- or right-handed operation without modification.
The 5.3 in stainless steel barrel is extended and threaded .578x28 RH and includes a thread protector. It is cold hammer-forged with a polished chamber and feed ramp. The bore presents a clean, mirror finish with sharp rifling.
The FDE slide features rear cocking serrations, an external extractor, and a factory optics cut with the cover plate installed. Fixed tall 3-dot suppressor-height iron sights are fitted. Right-side slide markings include "STAINLESS STEEL," "FNH USA Fredericksburg, VA," and "MADE IN USA."
The FDE polymer frame includes interchangeable backstraps (three spares are included) and an adhesive/textured grip wrap applied over the factory grip panels/backstrap. A 1913 accessory rail with multiple slots is integrated, and the design uses replaceable steel frame/slide rails for durability.
