This Springfield Armory SAINT Victor State Compliant rifle delivers the SAINT Victor feature set in a configuration tailored for restricted states. It features an extended free-float M-LOK handguard with a slick-top profile and a short 12 o'clock rail segment at the muzzle for the front sight, flip-up iron sights, a flat-faced single-stage trigger, a Magpul MOE SL adjustable stock, and a T-marked Picatinny rail on the upper receiver. Marked 5.56 NATO with a 1:8 twist and equipped with a multi-port two-chamber muzzle brake, this rifle is cleanly finished in matte black and is in excellent condition.

This State Compliant SAINT Victor is configured with a featureless-style grip-fin and ships with a 10-round magazine to align with restrictive-state requirements. It retains the core Victor attributes while meeting compliance needs.
The 16 inch barrel is marked 5.56 NATO 1/8 and pairs a 1:8 twist with a threaded muzzle and a multi-port, two-chamber brake featuring top venting. The ejection port cover is printed 5.56 NATO, and both the forward assist and dust cover are present.
The rifle uses a direct impingement system on the AR-15 platform and includes a flat-faced, single-stage trigger and a manual safety. The Magpul MOE SL adjustable carbine stock provides a compact profile and a 12.0 inch length of pull, with durable polymer construction in black.
An extended free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard runs the length of the barrel and has a slick-top profile, with only a short 12 o'clock rail segment at the muzzle for the front sight. The upper receiver provides the T-marked Picatinny rail (T6–T16) for consistent accessory placement. Flip-up front and rear iron sights are installed for immediate use.
