The 317-3 is an eight-shot .22 LR J-frame designed for minimal weight and easy carry. Its aluminum-alloy frame and cylinder are finished in matte silver, keeping mass down while maintaining durability for frequent handling and range use.
The 3-inch barrel uses a stainless-steel liner inside an aluminum shroud with a narrow underlug. A partially exposed, knurled ejector rod offers positive control during unloading, and the 317-3 engineering change is stamped on the yoke for easy identification.
This revolver operates in double-action/single-action with a smooth trigger and an external, checkered-spur hammer. An internal keyed lock is integrated for storage security when desired.
