This Daniel Defense DDM4 V4S is a factory short-barreled rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO with an 11.5 inch cold hammer forged barrel and a direct-impingement gas system. It features a Daniel Defense free-float quad-rail with T/B-marked Picatinny slots, a GRIP-N-RIP style ambidextrous charging handle, and a collapsible stock with a QD socket. Textured polymer rail panels cover the side and bottom rails, and a Daniel Defense vertical foregrip is installed. This is an NFA item and will require a tax stamp.

The 11.5 inch Daniel Defense cold hammer forged barrel is paired with an open-ended, multi-slot flash hider featuring 360° longitudinal slots and a scalloped/open crown (phantom-style/open-prong), and a low-profile gas block concealed under the handguard. The barrel is threaded to accept compatible devices. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, it is configured for the AR-15 platform.
The Daniel Defense free-float quad-rail handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and provides a continuous top Picatinny rail with T/B-marked reference slots. Textured polymer rail panels on the side and bottom rails and a Daniel Defense vertical foregrip are installed for a finished, ready-to-configure interface.
Controls and furniture include the GRIP-N-RIP style ambidextrous charging handle, a Daniel Defense collapsible stock with an integral QD socket and buttpad, and a Daniel Defense polymer pistol grip. The length of pull is approximately 10 to 13.5 inches.
This DDM4 V4S uses a direct-impingement gas system with a STANAG magazine interface and a 32+1 capacity using the included 32-round magazines. The rifle carries a hard-coat anodized finish and is made in the United States. No iron sights or optics are included. This is an NFA item and will require a tax stamp.
