The A5 Sweet Sixteen is an inertia-operated, semi-automatic 16-gauge with a 2-3/4 inch chamber and a 4+1 capacity. This 2016 example retains a clean, modern configuration while honoring the classic A5 profile.
The 28 inch barrel is threaded for the Invector-DS choke system with a brass sealing ring. It wears a ventilated rib topped by a white mid-bead and an LPA-marked red fiber-optic front bead for clear sight alignment. Included Full and Modified/Improved Modified choke tubes provide immediate versatility.
The receiver has a polished black finish, complemented by a black overall finish on the metalwork. Controls include a cross-bolt safety, a gold-colored trigger, and a teardrop bolt handle.
The gloss walnut stock features a pistol grip and cut checkering, combined with Browning's Inflex Technology recoil pad. Length of pull measures 14.0 inches, and spacer plates are included for fit tuning.
Barrel rollmarks include the statements "Designed at Browning Belgium Patent Pending" and "USE WITH 16GA RECEIVER ONLY."
