The 10/22 Takedown system uses a rotary lock ring to separate the barrel/forend from the receiver/stock for compact transport and easy maintenance. It includes a stainless 16.4-inch tapered barrel capped with a cage-style muzzle device and a ramped gold/brass bead front sight.
The aluminum alloy receiver wears a black finish and is drilled and tapped with three scope-base holes. The black synthetic stock has molded checkering for grip, a Ruger grip-cap medallion, and a front sling-swivel stud, offering a robust and practical setup with a clean black-and-stainless two-tone look.
