This Serbu RN-50 is a U.S.-made, single-shot .50 BMG rifle built around a break-open action with a screw-on breech cap. It features a 30-inch heavy steel barrel with a large multi-port, side-vented muzzle brake, AR-15-compatible furniture, and a perforated barrel shroud with Picatinny rail sections. It comes with Picatinny scope rings; any bipod shown in photos is not included.

The RN-50 uses a single-shot, break-action design with a threaded, screw-on breech cap and a hammer-fired system. Capacity is one round. The model originated from a collaboration credited to Royal Nonesuch and Serbu, with introduction around 2016.
The barrel is approximately 30 inches, steel, and heavy profile. It is threaded 1.00-14 RH and fitted with a large multi-port, side-vented muzzle brake. This setup helps manage the .50 BMG cartridge while maintaining robust barrel construction.
Furniture is AR-15 compatible, including an AR-pattern pistol grip and a collapsible carbine stock. Length of pull is adjustable to approximately 12-15 inches, allowing the shooter to set up the rifle for position and support.
A perforated cylindrical barrel shroud provides top and bottom Picatinny rail sections for mounting. The rifle has no iron sights. With the included Picatinny scope rings, the rifle is set up for straightforward optic attachment. A bipod may be shown in photos for illustration but is not included.
