This Serbian-made ZPAPM70 stands out for its robust 1.5 mm stamped receiver with an RPK-style bulged front trunnion and a 16.3 in cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined, threaded barrel. It retains classic wood furniture and adjustable iron sights, with importer and model markings present. Recent-production features and very good overall condition with an excellent bore make this a strong example of Zastava’s M70 lineage.

The receiver is the heavier 1.5 mm stamped pattern with an RPK-style bulged front trunnion, a hallmark of Zastava’s M70 construction. A Zastava M70 top-cover retaining button is present, and the bolt carrier is polished in-the-white.
The 16.3 in barrel is cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined, and threaded, with a thread protector installed. The rifle uses a gas-operated, long-stroke piston system with a rotating bolt and a 90-degree gas block. No under-barrel cleaning rod is installed.
Furniture is classic wood: a fixed stock with a 13.0 in length of pull, a wood pistol grip, and wood handguards featuring three elongated cooling slots per side. Sighting equipment consists of adjustable iron sights with a hooded front post and a tangent/leaf rear sight.
Importer and origin markings read ZASTAVA ARMS USA DES PLAINES IL, MADE IN SERBIA, along with model and caliber designations. Capacity is 30+1. Controls include a manual safety lever with a bolt-hold-open notch on the safety. One ribbed steel magazine is included.
