The Staccato CS v3 is a compact 2011-pattern 9mm with a 3.5 in stainless bull barrel, a 4140 steel slide, and a billet 7075-T6 aluminum frame, with the slide, frame, and barrel finished in black DLC. It features an optics-cut slide with cover plate, ambidextrous thumb safety, Dawson Precision red fiber-optic front sight, and proprietary slim double-stack CS magazines. A small U.S. flag engraving appears on the right side of the frame ahead of the serial, and the pistol is marked with Staccato branding from Florence, Texas, USA.

Built on the 2011 platform, the CS v3 uses a compact, slim double-stack grip module with textured panels and the Staccato star logo. The modestly flared magazine well supports quick, consistent reloads with the included 16-round CS magazines.
The slide uses forward and rear cocking serrations for control, an external extractor, and a lowered and flared ejection port. It is optics-cut and ships with a cover plate installed.
The 3.5 in DLC-coated stainless steel bull barrel with flush crown is paired with a single-action, hammer-fired system, a skeletonized curved trigger, and both a grip safety and ambidextrous thumb safety. The absence of an accessory rail keeps the compact dustcover trim.
Sights include a Dawson Precision red fiber-optic front, with rear sight configuration varying by cover plate and setup. Markings include "STACCATO★CS," "20★11," "STACCATO CS v3," and "FLORENCE, TX USA," with a small U.S. flag engraving on the frame.
