This M10 is an open-bolt, straight-blowback submachine gun with a right-side "SEMI – FULL" selector and a separate left-side "SAFE – FIRE" safety. The top-mounted charging handle runs in a longitudinal slot and locks into a detent. Fixed iron sights include a protected front post and a protected rear peep, and the upper receiver features longitudinal reinforcing ribs.
Receiver markings identify Military Armament Corporation, Stephenville, Texas. The rollmark reads "INGRAM M10 CAL 9MM, 45A.C.P."; this gun is currently set up in 9mm only, with a 9mm-chambered barrel. It is an NFA item and is fully transferable.
The 5.75 inch, externally threaded barrel is designed for suppressor interface. A front strap/sling slot is positioned ahead of the magazine well for control. Capacity is 32+1 rounds, and two Cobray-marked 32-round steel stick magazines are included.
Construction is all-steel for the frame and receiver. The factory wire stock is steel with a hinged Cobray-marked assembly and a 16.0 inch length of pull. The pistol grip is synthetic. Cobray snake logos are present on the receiver and magazines, matching the period-correct components for this configuration.
