Ruger SR1911 .45 ACP Government-Size 5-inch Stainless, Model 6700 (2019) — USA Made
This Ruger SR1911 is a 2019 Government-size, 5-inch stainless Model 6700 built in Prescott, Arizona. It features Series-70-style lockwork with a titanium firing pin and heavy firing-pin spring, plus a barrel and bushing machined from the same stainless bar stock. The pistol is in excellent condition and comes with three Ruger factory 8-round magazines and one unmarked 7-round magazine, along with a CYTAC OWB holster and a 1911 bushing wrench.
The matte stainless slide and frame carry Novak-pattern fixed sights, rear cocking serrations, and a lowered and flared ejection port. Controls include a left-side thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with memory bump. It retains classic 1911 ergonomics with double-diamond checkered hardwood grips bearing Ruger medallions, and a rubber finger-groove sleeve is installed on the front strap.
A skeletonized trigger and Commander-style hammer keep the handling crisp, while the GI-style recoil system with standard plug and bushing maintains traditional 1911 function. Dovetailed front and low-mount rear sights provide a stable sight picture, and the integral plunger tube adds durability to the frame assembly.

The SR1911 platform here is the full-size Government configuration with a 5-inch stainless barrel. Both the barrel and its bushing are machined from the same stainless bar stock for consistent fit. The slide and frame wear a matte stainless finish and include an integral plunger tube.
Its Series-70-style system omits a firing-pin block and pairs with a titanium firing pin and heavy firing-pin spring. The pistol uses a GI-style recoil setup with a standard plug and bushing. The ejection port is lowered and flared, and the slide has rear cocking serrations only.
Sighting equipment is Novak-pattern fixed: a dovetailed front blade and a low-mount, drift-adjustable rear. The trigger is skeletonized, and the hammer is a skeletonized Commander style. Controls include a left-side thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with memory bump.
Grips are double-diamond checkered hardwood with Ruger medallions, and a rubber finger-groove sleeve is installed on the front strap. Capacity is 8+1 with .45 ACP, and this example includes three Ruger factory 8-round magazines plus one unmarked 7-round magazine.
