The 686-6 Plus is the 7-shot variant of S&W's stainless L-frame, pairing .357 Magnum capability with a robust construction and DA/SA trigger system. Its satin stainless frame, cylinder, and barrel deliver durable performance and a clean, uniform appearance.
The 6-inch stainless barrel includes a full-length underlug and an integral ejector-rod shroud. Sights are adjustable iron, with a red ramp front and an adjustable rear, offering precise alignment for varied loads and distances.
The fluted 7-shot cylinder increases capacity in the Plus configuration while maintaining the L-frame profile. This model incorporates the internal key lock on the left side of the frame and uses a frame-mounted firing pin.
Ergonomics are supported by a black rubber finger‑groove Hogue Monogrip with molded S&W logos (no metal medallions).
