What's Included
- Freedom Arms Model 83 Premier Grade .454 Casull revolver with 7.5-inch barrel
The Premier Grade treatment brings a uniform brushed stainless finish across the frame, barrel, and unfluted cylinder. Chambers are line-bored for precise alignment, and bolt notches are positioned between chambers to enhance strength. Factory markings include "FREEDOM ARMS 454 CASULL • FREEDOM, WYOMING U.S.A." on the barrel and "FREEDOM ARMS • PREMIER GRADE" on the frame, with a "PAT. NO." marking on the right side.
Its single-action-only mechanism uses an external hammer, with a hammer safety position and a safety bar between the hammer and firing pin. Sighting is straightforward and precise with adjustable iron sights: a screw-retained interchangeable front blade and an adjustable square-notch rear.
The revolver uses a plow-handle grip frame with smooth black panels and a full-length ejector-rod housing capped by a knurled button. The 7.5-inch stainless barrel carries a 1:24 twist, and the five-shot cylinder is cut from stainless steel to match the Premier Grade finish.
