Built on Colt’s AR-15 platform, this LE6920 retains core M4 Carbine features while adding practical enhancements. The carbine-length gas system pairs with a fixed A-frame front sight base that includes a bayonet lug and side sling swivel. The 16.1-inch M4-profile barrel is capped with an A2 flash suppressor and feeds from standard STANAG magazines.
The upper is a flat-top receiver with a T-marked Picatinny rail (T2–T12 visible), providing clear reference markings. Receiver features include a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. Rollmarks include COLT DEFENSE HARTFORD, CONN., U.S.A. and M4 CARBINE CAL. 5.56MM with the Rampant Colt logo.
Upgrades center on a Troy Industries two-piece drop-in quad rail, complemented by Knight's Armament (KAC) ribbed rail panels and a vertical foregrip. Sighting is a practical mix of the fixed front sight base and a folding rear BUIS in tan.
Furniture and controls include the Colt/Rogers Super-Stoc with multiple position detents and a friction-lock cam for a solid set, plus an A2-style pistol grip and a manual safety selector. The rifle uses a direct impingement, semi-automatic action and a 30+1 capacity.
