What’s Included
- A. Uberti 1851 Navy Conversion Richards-Mason revolver
This revolver follows the open-top Colt pattern with a wedge-retained 7.5-inch octagonal barrel and a right-side spring-loaded ejector-rod assembly. The fixed-sight setup uses a brass bead front and a hammer-notch rear, keeping the profile true to the historical conversion style.
The steel frame wears a color case-hardened finish, paired with a blued barrel and blued cylinder. The cylinder is roll-engraved with a naval battle scene for period-correct detailing, and the revolver is fitted with a smooth, ivory-colored one-piece grip.
Chambered in .38 Special and .38 Colt, the revolver carries dual-caliber markings "38 COLT & S&W SPEC" and "38 CAL." Patent dates "PAT. JULY 25, 1871 / PAT. JULY 2, 1872" are present, further aligning this reproduction with historical Richards-Mason conversion features.
Manufactured by A. Uberti in Italy and imported by Stoeger, it bears CIP proofs and import markings "STOEGER – ACCOKEEK, MD – A. UBERTI – ITALY, CIP." The single-action-only mechanism and six-round capacity round out the traditional configuration.
