Built at the Tula Arsenal with the round receiver profile, this 1891/30 carries the Tula star-with-arrow crest and a 1938 barrel shank date. Stock cartouches are present, and the rifle is marked with an import stamp from Century Arms International (C.A.I., Georgia VT) alongside the standard M91/30 Russian caliber designation.
The rifle is chambered in 7.62x54R and uses a bolt-action system feeding from an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate, providing a 4+1 capacity. The 29 inch barrel follows the standard M91/30 configuration.
Furniture includes a full-length hardwood stock with a reddish varnish, an upper handguard, and sling slots with metal liners. Two stamped barrel bands with spring retainers secure the handguard and stock. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
Sighting equipment consists of iron sights with a hooded post front and a tangent/ladder rear. The receiver, barrel, and most small parts wear a blued finish, while the bolt assembly and cleaning rod are in-the-white, maintaining the period-correct appearance. A full-length cleaning rod is installed beneath the barrel.
