Built on a stamped AKM-type receiver, this rifle has the classic AK profile with magazine-well dimples and a ribbed top cover. The Classic Laminate series furniture includes a fixed laminated wood stock with rear sling swivel, laminated wood handguards, and a brown checkered AK-pattern pistol grip.
The 16.25-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a slant muzzle brake. Sighting is handled by a front sight post and an adjustable AK tangent rear sight. The front-sight base features a bayonet lug, and the gas system uses the 90-degree block configuration.
Operation is semi-automatic with a long-stroke gas piston system. Controls include a paddle-style magazine release and a manual safety/selector lever. It accepts detachable AK-pattern double-stack magazines, with a stated capacity of 30+1.
