The P365-FUSE is the long-slide configuration in SIG Sauer's P365 series, built around a 4.3-inch barrel and a full-length 1913 three-slot rail. This recent release pairs an optics-ready Nitron-finished stainless slide and DLC-coated carbon-steel barrel with a flat nickel-plated trigger, LXG textured grip, and high-capacity magazine set (17, 21, and 25 rounds). It comes made in the USA with factory packaging and useful extras.

The FUSE variant extends the slide and barrel to 4.3 inches, the longest in the P365 lineup. Lightening cuts and front/rear serrations aid manipulation while keeping the long-slide package well balanced. The slide is stainless steel with a Nitron finish, and the barrel is carbon steel with a DLC finish.
It is optics-ready and configured with a cover plate installed from the factory. Sights consist of a green fiber-optic front and a black serrated rear notch for a clean, daylight-focused sight picture.
The grip module features LXG laser-engraved texturing and accepts a removable flared magwell included with this package. Interchangeable S and M backstraps allow basic fit adjustments without tools.
A true full-length 1913 Picatinny three-slot rail supports common lights and accessories. The striker-fired action uses SIG's flat, nickel-plated trigger for a consistent, straight-press feel.
This pistol ships with a robust magazine set for immediate versatility: two 17-round magazines, one 21-round, and one 25-round, yielding a listed capacity of 25+1 when using the largest magazine. The case label reads 365XF-9-BFO-RXX from the 365XF-9-BFO family, associated with the ROMEO-X package line; no optic is installed.
