This RDB-C Hunter uses a bullpup configuration with downward ejection behind the magazine, keeping the action rearward for a short 30.4-inch overall length while retaining a full 20-inch barrel. The non-pistol-grip green polymer stock with rubber buttpad defines the Hunter configuration and yields a 14.0-inch length of pull at just 6.9 pounds.
The operating system is semi-automatic, gas-operated, and uses a short-stroke piston with a rotating bolt. An adjustable gas regulator allows tuning to the rifle and ammunition. A left-side, forward-mounted charging handle and a cross-bolt safety round out the controls.
The 20-inch barrel is 4140 steel with a salt bath nitride (QPQ) treatment and a 1:7 twist, chambered in 5.56mm NATO (.223 Rem.). Construction includes a metal receiver and a polymer handguard for durability and manageable weight.
Up top is a full-length MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail with T-markings. The rifle accepts STANAG 4179/AR-15 pattern magazines and includes a sling attachment stud under the forward handguard. The receiver is marked "RDB-C" and the rifle is made in the USA.
