The XD-M Elite 4.5 OSP Threaded configuration pairs a 4.5-inch slide with an extended, match-grade threaded barrel and a tall front sight; sight configuration may vary when an optic is installed or depending on plate selection. The barrel is Melonite treated for durability and features the industry-standard 1/2x28 thread pitch.
Springfield’s OSP slide cut and included mounting plate support direct optic mounting, and this pistol arrives with a Crimson Trace micro reflex red dot already installed. Co-witness capability depends on the specific sight and plate setup.
The META flat-faced trigger with an integral overtravel stop provides a refined break. Controls include an ambidextrous slide stop and a reversible magazine release. A removable short flared magwell and interchangeable backstraps allow quick reloads and straightforward grip fitting.
