This 500-series action includes non-binding twin action bars, dual extractors, and a positive steel-to-steel lockup. The top-tang safety is ambidextrous, allowing quick, intuitive operation for both right- and left-handed users.
The stock and textured forend are black synthetic for durability and weather resistance, with a rubber recoil pad at a 14.5 inch length of pull. A standard-length magazine tube with a knurled magazine cap and single barrel lug completes the classic 500A configuration.
