The RK1 configuration features a 5.2 in carbon-steel barrel that is extended, fluted, and threaded 1/2x28 with a knurled thread protector. The 1:9 RH twist is tailored for the 5.7x28mm caliber, and the fixed-barrel, delayed-blowback system contributes to consistent barrel alignment shot to shot.
Its 416 stainless-steel slide includes an optics cut that accepts direct-mount Shield RMSc-footprint micro dots. The slide also incorporates front and rear serrations along with lightening windows/ports for positive manipulation and reduced reciprocating mass.
