The P320-M18 configuration brings a compact profile with a coyote-finished slide and coyote polymer grip module. It uses Sig Sauer’s serialized fire-control unit with a right-side tag, houses an ambidextrous manual thumb safety, and employs a striker-fired, single-action trigger system. Front and rear diagonal slide serrations provide positive manipulation, and the dustcover features a 3-slot accessory rail.
This pistol is set up with an extended helical-fluted stainless steel barrel and a threaded compensator. The installed HBI multi-port compensator is threaded onto the extended barrel, delivering a threaded compensator setup while maintaining the P320-M18’s compact ergonomics. The original SIG Sauer OEM 9mm barrel is included and remains unthreaded.
Note: The factory rear sight/optic cover plate has been replaced by an aftermarket optic adapter plate that does not provide a rear iron-sight notch; the front sight is present, and the original factory plate is not included.
Capacity is 17+1, with the included magazine showing witness holes to 17. The slide is marked “SIG SAUER P320 M18,” and the frame is marked “NEWINGTON, NH, USA.” The overall package balances carry-friendly size with practical enhancements and useful included components.
