PSA PA-15 5.56 NATO AR-15 Rifle, 16 in Threaded Barrel, Free-Float M-LOK Handguard, Collapsible Stock, Matte Black
This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a 5.56 NATO, full-size AR-15 pattern rifle configured with a 16-inch threaded barrel, a free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard, and a six-position collapsible carbine stock. It features a flat-top upper with forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection port cover, plus a continuous Picatinny rail across the receiver and handguard. It comes in excellent condition and includes a Magpul PMAG, soft rifle case, and installed angled foregrip.
The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" with the PSA crest/logo and "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY, WEST COLUMBIA, SC," and the handguard is marked "MADE IN U.S.A" with the adjacent "M" symbol. Controls include SAFE/FIRE selector markings on both sides, a standard right-side magazine release, and a standard charging handle. The rifle is finished in hard-anodized matte black and uses the STANAG/AR-15 magazine interface.

The PA-15’s free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard provides modern mounting flexibility and maintains the continuous Picatinny top rail from the receiver forward. A short Picatinny section is installed on the underside near the muzzle for accessory placement. The handguard is marked "MADE IN U.S.A" with the adjacent "M" symbol.
The upper receiver is a flat-top pattern with a forward assist, shell deflector, and ejection port cover. It carries a continuous top rail and an "A" forging/inspection mark. The barrel is 16 inches with a threaded muzzle wearing an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider.
The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" with PSA crest/logo and "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY, WEST COLUMBIA, SC." Controls are standard AR-15 layout with SAFE/FIRE selector markings on both sides, a standard right-side magazine release, and a standard charging handle. The rifle accepts STANAG/AR-15 magazines.
Furniture includes a six-position collapsible carbine stock and an A2-style polymer grip, both in matte black. The rifle is finished in hard-anodized matte black across the receivers and includes a polymer angled foregrip installed on the handguard.
