The G40 Gen4 MOS is the full-size, long-slide 10mm Auto built for Glock’s Modular Optic System. This example retains the MOS-cut slide and extends performance with a 6.02 in steel barrel and an 8.31 in sight radius. The slide wears a matte black/gray finish over the robust long-slide profile.
Controls and ergonomics are classic Gen4, including the Gen4 RTF grip texture with finger grooves and an enlarged magazine release. The Safe Action system is in place, and the frame provides the Glock Universal Rail for accessory mounting. A white-dot Glock front sight remains installed.
A Leupold DeltaPoint Pro red dot is installed, giving a bright red dot reticle and immediate sighting capability on the factory MOS interface. This turnkey setup pairs the long-slide 10mm platform with a proven optic for fast target acquisition.
Markings include the Austrian proof/inspection stamp "AT" on the barrel and a frame rollmark reading "MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." The slide, barrel, and frame all carry matching serial numbers. The G40 Gen4 MOS was introduced as part of Glock’s MOS lineup at SHOT Show 2015.
