The Surgeon 1086 long action is built from 4140 steel and features an integral receiver-top Picatinny optics rail. The right-hand bolt is spiral-fluted and fitted with a large round knob for confident manipulation. The receiver is marked "PRAGUE, OK – MODEL 1086."
The .300 Win. Mag. chambering is paired with a 24.5 inch heavy-profile barrel. It is threaded and fitted with a two-port muzzle brake. This configuration provides a solid foundation for precision-focused shooting with magnum cartridges.
The rifle is housed in an Accuracy International AICS folding chassis constructed of aluminum with polymer skins. The stock folds to the right and includes an adjustable cheekpiece and adjustable buttpad, plus QD cups for sling attachment. The AICS forend uses the KeySlot pattern.
Rail provisions include the integral optics rail on the receiver, KeySlot slots along the forend with no Picatinny section ahead of the receiver at 12 o'clock, an accessory rail on the underside of the forend, and a small Picatinny rail under the butt for rear support. The chassis incorporates an integral trigger guard. The detachable box magazine system has a stated 5+1 capacity, and this rifle includes one 5-round steel magazine. Length of pull is listed at 13.5 inches. The chassis is marked "ACCURACY INTERNATIONAL A.I.C.S." and the rifle is made in the USA.
