The SA-35 retains the classic single-action, locked-breech operation while adopting forged carbon-steel frame and slide construction for durability. The matte blued finish and checkered walnut grips maintain a traditional appearance with modern manufacturing.
Its 4.7 in cold hammer-forged barrel, improved feed-ramp and extractor geometry, and external extractor are designed to deliver consistent feeding and positive extraction. The slide also features an external extractor for robust case control.
Controls and handling are updated with an extended thumb safety and a ring/rowel spur hammer (no-bite). Deleting the magazine disconnect yields a cleaner trigger press, and the beveled magazine well supports quicker reloads. Capacity is 15+1 with Hi-Power pattern magazines.
