The Jacob Grey TWC Hex is a recent-release, compact-format 2011 built in the United States with a Commander-length 4.25" barrel and a 17+1 capacity. It pairs a 7075-T6 aluminum frame and hex-pattern machined grip surfaces with a tri-top, optics-cut slide and a ported 416R stainless barrel featuring a bronze/rose-gold tone hood. Thoughtful control enhancements include an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a pinned, non-functional grip safety, plus a one-piece Controlled Radius trigger with skeletonized, hex-cut shoe.

This compact TWC Hex follows the 2011 platform and uses a 7075-T6 aluminum frame with an accessory rail for mounting lights or other rail-mounted tools. The grip areas are machined with a hex pattern for positive purchase, aligning with the Hex model theme.
The slide is tri-top with front and rear cocking serrations and top lightening/port windows. It is optics cut and supplied with a cover plate. The barrel is 416R stainless steel and ported, with a bronze/rose-gold tone hood that contrasts neatly through the slide windows.
Sight layout is straightforward and fast to read: a plain black square-notch rear paired with a front sight featuring a green insert. The slide’s optics cut works with the interchangeable plate system, and this example includes plates for ACRO and DeltaPoint Pro footprints.
The single-action, semi-automatic action is complemented by an ambidextrous manual thumb safety, a pinned non-functional grip safety, and a skeletonized hammer. A one-piece Controlled Radius trigger with skeletonization and hexagonal lightening cuts rounds out the control set. Capacity is 17+1 in 9mm Luger, and two 17-round magazines are included.
