This rifle uses a bolt-action system with the hallmark dog-leg bolt handle and round knob. Feeding is via an internal 4-round box magazine, and it features a one-piece black trigger guard/floorplate assembly consistent with the model’s design.
The one-piece wood stock includes a Monte Carlo comb and pistol grip, with point-pattern checkering at the forend and grip for a secure hold. It is finished with a Remington-branded black buttplate, and the length of pull measures 14.0 inches.
Factory and model markings are present: the receiver is marked "Remington MODEL 600," and the barrel is marked ".222 REM." and "Made in U.S.A." The receiver top is drilled and tapped, and a scope mount is installed.
