The SAINT Victor foundation uses forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with a Type III hardcoat anodized finish and the Accu-Tite tension system. Factory markings include the Springfield Armory crest and SAINT MULTI-CALIBER on the magwell, SAINT VICTOR on the handguard, and a barrel roll mark of 5.56 NATO 1/7.
The 16 in CMV steel barrel is nitride finished and threaded 1/2x28, capped with a pronged flash hider. A 1:7 twist supports 5.56 NATO, and the mid-length gas system delivers smooth cycling. Forward assist and a shell deflector are present.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard has a bolt-on M-LOK QD sling socket installed and a continuous T-marked Picatinny top rail. Low-profile flip-up sights are installed, and the rifle uses a standard (non‑QD) receiver end plate.
Controls and internals are upgraded at the factory: a flat, single-stage nickel-boron coated trigger, an ambidextrous Radian Raptor-LT charging handle with Springfield crest, and an enhanced M16 BCG made from 9310 steel with HPT/MPI inspection and a nitride finish. The B5 Systems adjustable stock and Type 23 P-Grip complete the B5 package, with a manual safety selector on the receiver.
