The 10.5-inch barrel, chambered in 5.56mm NATO, feeds a direct-impingement system for a familiar AR-15 operating setup. The muzzle is threaded and fitted with an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider secured by a crush washer.
A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length top rail provides mounting space and clears a low-profile, set-screw gas block positioned under the handguard. The flat-top upper receiver includes a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port dust cover.
Furniture and controls are practical and proven: an SB Tactical SBA3 adjustable stabilizing brace on a carbine receiver extension with a hook-and-loop forearm strap, a Magpul MOE pistol grip, and a manual safety selector. The STANAG magazine interface is compatible with the included 30-round Magpul PMAG.
Receiver markings denote "PA-15 MULTI" on the lower with the PSA crest and "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY WEST COLUMBIA, S.C." The upper receiver shows forging code "A." The pistol wears a matte black finish and includes polymer flip-up front and rear backup sights already installed. Capacity is 30+1.
