The Staccato CS v3 is Staccato's compact 2011, introduced in 2023 as the smallest model in the lineup. This example features a 3.5 inch stainless bull barrel, a captive toolless recoil system by Dawson Precision, CS-specific 16-round magazines, and clean, USA-made markings from Florence, Texas. Built on the 2011 platform, the CS v3 pairs a compact size with a 3.5 inch stainless-steel bull barrel and a captive, toolless recoil system designed by Dawson Precision. The barrel and recoil assembly are purpose-built for the CS, which uses a dedicated 16-round magazine family.
The single-action, hammer-fired system includes a flat-faced trigger with lightening cuts, a skeletonized hammer, and both thumb and grip safeties. Slide features include front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation.
The frame is 7075 aluminum mated to a polymer 2011 grip module with aggressive texture and molded star logos. A short accessory rail on the dustcover provides space for compatible lights.
Iron sights are installed: a green fiber-optic front and a plain black square-notch rear. This sight setup is straightforward and fast to read.
Factory markings include 'STACCATO CS' with the star logo on the slide; 'STACCATO CS v3' and 'FLORENCE, TX USA' on the underside; and a '20★11' roll mark on the left dustcover. An American flag is engraved on the right dustcover ahead of the serial, and the frame and barrel hood display matching serial numbers.
