Windham production is a standout detail on this BACR Enhanced. The receiver is marked "B.F.I. WINDHAM, ME, U.S.A." and "MODEL–BACR CALIBER–MULTI," placing it among the desirable early rifles built at the original Bushmaster facility. The barrel is roll-marked "B MP 5.56 NATO 1/9," confirming caliber and twist.
The operating system is a short-stroke gas piston with a visible quick-change barrel retention block. This configuration, combined with a left-side charging handle, gives the rifle a distinctive, purpose-built layout that caters to efficient handling.
Controls are ambidextrous for the safety/selector and magazine release, with a bolt catch present. The stock is side-folding and telescoping with adjustable length of pull, and the textured polymer pistol grip includes a core marked "CR123(2)" for battery storage. The upper receiver is aluminum mated to a polymer lower, all in a matte black finish.
Topside, a full-length 1913 Picatinny rail runs the receiver and handguard, and the aluminum quad-rail provides additional 3/6/9 o'clock mounting surfaces. Folding front and rear sights are installed. The 16.5-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with an A2 flash hider.
Chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 30+1 capacity, this BACR Enhanced includes one 30-round Magpul PMAG and ships in a Bushmaster-branded hard rifle case. It is a clean, feature-forward example of Bushmaster's Windham production.
