This Savage Arms Model 220 is a 20-gauge, bolt-action slug gun built on the proven Savage 110 long-action architecture featuring a push-feed bolt with a sliding extractor and a spring-loaded plunger ejector. It features a 22 inch fully rifled, free-floated barrel with a 1:24 twist, a user-adjustable AccuTrigger, and a three-position tang safety. This example comes set up with a one-piece Picatinny scope rail and a mounted Simmons ProSport 3-9x40 scope, plus a padded camouflage sling with quick-detach swivels.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Rifling: Excellent - Sharp lands and grooves.

The Model 220’s bolt-action system is configured for right-handed use and includes a large round bolt knob for positive manipulation. It employs push-feed operation with a sliding extractor and a spring-loaded plunger ejector, with a side bolt release located on the right side of the receiver. The action is the Savage 110 long-action foundation adapted for 20-gauge use.
The 22 inch barrel is fully rifled, free-floated, and cut with a 1:24 twist to stabilize modern sabot slugs. It wears a plain crown and is made from carbon steel with a matte blued finish. There are no iron sights on this configuration.
The trigger is Savage’s AccuTrigger and is user-adjustable. A three-position tang safety provides familiar, accessible control. Length of pull is 14.0 inches.
The synthetic stock has a camouflage finish and includes molded checkering for grip, a recoil pad, and sling swivel studs. The matte blued carbon steel receiver matches the barrel and ties the package together for a clean, purpose-built setup.
This shotgun feeds from a detachable polymer box magazine with a manufacturer-rated capacity of 2 rounds (2+1 overall). It is chambered for 3 inch shells and is supplied with one factory-style magazine. A one-piece Picatinny rail is installed, and a Simmons ProSport 3-9x40 scope is mounted to it, offering a clear duplex reticle and practical magnification for slug use. A padded camouflage sling with quick-detach swivels is already fitted.
