The 19XV variant blends a compact-length slide with a full-size grip, finished in Glock's coyote-tan color. The slide is marked 19X V and carries the familiar "GLOCK," "AUSTRIA," and "9x19" markings. This crossover layout offers a 19+1 capacity and comes with two 19-round magazines and one 17-round magazine.
A factory-threaded 4.54 in barrel and tall, suppressor-height iron sights make this pistol suppressor-friendly out of the box. The front sight is suppressor height, and the rear features a matching tall profile for a clear sight picture over mounted muzzle devices.
The MOS Cut slide provides Glock's optics interface, and this pistol has the MOS cover plate installed. Rear slide serrations, an ambidextrous slide stop lever, and a reversible magazine catch support adaptable handling. An integral accessory rail is molded into the frame.
Built on a Gen5-style frame, it has no finger grooves and accepts interchangeable backstraps. It uses Glock's Safe Action system. Proofs and markings include an Austrian proof mark and a "GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA" import mark. Matching serials are present on the barrel, slide, and frame insert.
