The FNX-45 Tactical is a full-size, hammer-fired DA/SA pistol built for .45 ACP with a 15+1 capacity. Its polymer frame and Flat Dark Earth finish pair with fully ambidextrous controls, including the safety/decocker, slide stop, and magazine release, to accommodate a wide range of shooters and setups.
The 5.3-inch stainless steel barrel is cold hammer-forged and threaded .578x28 RH, with a 1:16 RH twist. Suppressor-height fixed 3-dot night sights provide a clear sight picture, with a front blade white dot and a rear sight with two white dots.
The Flat Dark Earth slide is optics-cut for FN's factory mounting system and includes a cover plate. Front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, and the external extractor doubles as a loaded chamber indicator.
An accessory rail with multiple Picatinny-style slots supports light or laser attachment. The pistol includes interchangeable backstraps for grip fit, measures 8.64 inches overall, and weighs approximately 33.3 ounces unloaded. The slide is marked FN Columbia, SC USA.
