- Checkered wood grip panels (installed)
The Mark III configuration brings practical enhancements to the Hi-Power platform, including an ambidextrous thumb safety and a firing pin block. Its external extractor and rear slide serrations only are consistent with this later variant, and the matte black finish complements the all-steel construction.
Sight regulation is handled by fixed 3-dot sights with a dovetailed front and rear; the rear carries two red dots for a clear reference under varied light. A standard trigger and spur hammer complete the control layout, while the checkered wood grip panels provide a traditional feel.
Manufacture and assembly details are clearly marked: "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q., MADE IN BELGIUM ASSEMBLED IN PORTUGAL," with a proof/inspection stamp forward of the trigger guard on the right side. This example was manufactured in 1990.
The 4.625 in barrel and 15+1 capacity make it a capable full-size sidearm. Matching serials are observed on the barrel hood and frontstrap, and this pistol is configured without a lanyard ring.
