The P938 SAS is a single-action-only, hammer-fired, locked-breech micro 9mm designed for a clean draw and carry-friendly handling. This Custom Shop variant includes an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a firing pin block for added security.
Its SAS dehorned slide shows rear-only serrations and an external extractor, with the Custom Shop "SAS" marking prominently applied. Fixed, dovetailed sights are consistent with the early SAS configuration rather than the later FT Bullseye setup.
The pistol features a matte stainless slide over a black hard-coat anodized aluminum alloy frame, complemented by checkered wood grip panels and a flat, checkered mainspring housing. The overall two-tone stainless/black finish presents a classic, purposeful look.
With a 3-inch barrel and a micro-size footprint, this P938 offers a 7+1 capacity using the included magazines. The factory case labeled 938-9-SAS-AMBI and dated 25-JUL-2013 further confirms the exact configuration and production timeframe.
