This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 MOE Freedom is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 configured with Magpul MOE FDE furniture and a PSA Freedom-marked 16-inch barrel with a 1:7 twist. It features a flat-top 1913 upper with T-markings, a pinned A2 front sight base with bayonet lug, and an A2 birdcage flash suppressor. It comes in excellent condition and includes two 30-round magazines, one of which is a Magpul PMAG GEN M2 MOE.

The MOE Freedom series pairs PSA's PA-15 platform with Magpul's MOE furniture in FDE, delivering a lightweight, durable setup. The carbine-length Magpul MOE handguard, Magpul MOE pistol grip, and collapsible stock provide a cohesive, user-focused configuration with a listed 10.5-inch length of pull.
Its 16-inch PSA Freedom-marked barrel uses a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of 5.56 NATO projectiles. The barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor. A delta ring assembly complements the carbine-length handguard interface.
Sighting is handled by a pinned A2 front sight base with bayonet lug and front sling swivel, paired with a Magpul MBUS flip-up rear sight. The flat-top 1913 upper receiver includes T-markings from T2 to T12 for consistent accessory placement.
The upper is complete with a forward assist, ejection-port dust cover, and brass deflector. The aluminum receiver set wears a matte anodized finish. Controls include a manual safety and a standard charging handle.
Chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 30+1 capacity, it accepts AR-15/STANAG pattern magazines. Two 30-round magazines are included to get you started, including a Magpul PMAG GEN M2 MOE.
