The G45’s crossover configuration combines a 4.02 in compact-length slide with a full-size frame to provide 17+1 capacity and a controllable grip. Overall dimensions are 7.44 in in length and 5.47 in in height, with a slide width of 1.00 in and overall width of 1.34 in.
The Gen5 feature set includes an ambidextrous slide stop lever, reversible magazine catch, a flared magwell for efficient reloads, and front and rear slide serrations. The Safe Action system and an approximate 5.8 lb trigger pull round out the controls.
The Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) enhances precision, while the nDLC finish on the slide and barrel provides a durable, low-maintenance surface. Fixed iron sights are retained, with tall iron sights installed for improved sight picture alignment.
This Austrian-made 9mm ships with one 17-round magazine. Unloaded weight is approximately 21.73 oz without a magazine, 24.52 oz with an empty magazine, and 30.34 oz loaded.
