The 24-inch stainless barrel uses a medium-heavy contour and is free-floated for consistency. It wears a bead-blasted matte finish and a threaded muzzle capped with a square-profile, multi-port brake. The configuration is set up for stability and repeatable precision.
The action is a short-action layout with a right-hand bolt and a faceted/teardrop-style knob for positive manipulation. Feeding is through an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate, offering a 4+1 capacity in .308 Win.
Both the barrel and receiver are stainless steel with a matte stainless finish. The receiver is roll-marked "MOA RIFLES — NEWBERG, OREGON," underscoring its U.S. manufacture.
The composite stock features a tri-color marbled tan/black/white finish with a Monte Carlo cheekpiece. Textured grip and fore-end panels enhance purchase, and a rubber recoil pad completes the fit. Length of pull is 14.0 inches.
Optics mounting is straightforward with the included two-piece 20-MOA canted Picatinny scope bases. There are no open sights installed.
