The P365 is a true micro-format pistol with approximate dimensions of 5.8 in L, 1.0 in W, and 4.3 in H, and a weight around 18.2 oz with magazine. Its modular fire control unit architecture is compatible with P365-series grip modules and slides, offering flexibility within the platform.
The slide is matte gray with front and rear cocking serrations and is marked "P365," presenting a two-tone contrast with the black frame. Sighting is fast and clear through a 3-dot iron sight set: a high-visibility green ring front blade paired with a square-notch two-dot rear, with an approximate sight radius of 4.9 in.
This model uses a short-recoil, locked-breech, striker-fired design. The black polymer frame carries aggressive texturing for secure purchase, a reversible magazine release, and SIG’s proprietary single-slot micro accessory rail on the dustcover. There is no external manual thumb safety.
Chambered in 9mm Luger, it ships with four factory SIG magazines: one 17-round, one 12-round, and two 10-round options. The barrel hood is marked "SIG SAUER 9mm x 19," and the frame is marked "NEWINGTON, NH USA." The serial number plate matches the factory case label.
