The Palmetto State Armory AR-V is a compact 9mm Luger AR pistol built around proprietary AR-V upper and lower receivers and a 7-inch barrel with a tri-lug interface. It feeds from CZ Scorpion-pattern/PSA U9 magazines with last-round bolt hold open and comes finished in matte black with clear U.S.-made markings. An SB Tactical PDW-style adjustable brace and Magpul MOE pistol grip round out a well-equipped, recent-release package.

This AR-V uses PSA's proprietary upper and lower receivers engineered for 9mm direct-blowback operation. The upper is marked "MADE IN U.S.A." and the design deletes the forward assist and dust cover for a clean, purpose-built profile. The bolt is laser-marked "ARV 9mm," and the magwell wears the PSA crossed-cannon logo.
Magazine compatibility is a standout feature: the AR-V accepts CZ Scorpion-pattern/PSA U9 magazines and maintains true last-round bolt hold open. One 35-round U9 polymer magazine is included, supporting the pistol's 35+1 capacity.
The 7-inch barrel features a tri-lug interface, expanding options for compatible muzzle devices. A free-float handguard and integrated rail provisions, along with a receiver-mounted scope-mount interface, provide mounting flexibility for accessories as needed.
