The Shadow 2 Orange uses CZ's slide-in-frame architecture with a low bore axis and an extended dust cover, paired with a 3-slot accessory rail. The result is a full-size, all-steel build that delivers a solid feel and precise fit.
Ergonomics and control details include a flared aluminum magwell, front and backstrap checkering, a high beavertail, an undercut trigger guard, machined aluminum orange grip panels with CZ medallions, a checkered magazine release, and a curved trigger with an overtravel adjustment screw.
The slide is finished matte black with front and rear cocking serrations and a serrated top rib. Sights are iron-only: a fiber-optic front (marked "10") and a fully adjustable, serrated rear sight.
The barrel is paired with a bushing system, and the hammer is a skeletonized spur type. Markings include the CIP proof/date code "25" (triangle) indicating 2025 proofing, import mark "CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS," and serial markings on the slide and barrel.
