The G23 Gen5 pairs compact dimensions with .40 S&W performance. Its 4.02 in Glock Marksman Barrel uses polygonal rifling and a revised crown, providing a clean, mirror-bright bore in this example. The Safe Action system is set at a 5.5 lb trigger weight.
Controls are Gen5-configured with ambidextrous slide-stop levers and a reversible magazine catch (installed for left-side release). The frame accepts the Modular Backstrap System, and a subtle flared magwell speeds reloads. Sights are fixed polymer with a white-dot front and white U-notch rear.
