This Geissele Automatics Super Duty SD-556 short-barreled rifle combines the brand's proven Super Duty feature set with thoughtful upgrades and a clean, bronze/earth-tone anodized finish. It is a 5.56 NATO, 11.5-inch, direct-impingement AR-15 SBR built on aluminum receivers with a free-float M-LOK handguard and a Geissele-marked bolt carrier, flat-faced trigger, extended maritime bolt catch, and ambidextrous charging handle. This is an NFA item and will require a tax stamp.

The lower receiver is roll-marked "GEISSELE AUTOMATICS" with the Super Duty shield logo and "SD-556," and the right-side receiver is marked "GEISSELE AUTOMATICS, NORTH WALES, PA." The rifle features a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length, T-marked Picatinny top rail, providing broad mounting space and consistent alignment across the upper.
Core Super Duty components include a Geissele-marked bolt carrier, a Geissele flat-faced trigger, an extended and textured maritime bolt catch, and an ambidextrous charging handle. The action is semi-automatic, direct impingement, chambered in 5.56mm NATO, with an 11.5-inch threaded barrel capped by a 3-port brake/compensator with a QD-style collar.
This example is custom-equipped with Daniel Defense furniture, including a collapsible carbine stock and Daniel Defense pistol grip. A short vertical foregrip is installed on the M-LOK handguard for added control. The OEM Geissele Super Duty tan pistol grip is included but not installed.
Accessory setup includes a Unity Tactical FAST Riser mounted on the top rail and an Olight Odin GL weaponlight with a remote pressure pad, both installed. The top rail is continuous and T-marked, offering straightforward placement for the included riser and other rail-mounted accessories.
Capacity is listed at 32+1. The rifle uses a detachable STANAG magazine interface and comes with three magazines: two 30-round and one 32-round. This U.S.-made SBR pairs Geissele’s proven Super Duty architecture with quality upgrades and useful accessories, ready for the buyer to configure further as desired.
