This P365-XMACRO TACOPS stands out with its threaded 4.3 in barrel, factory X-RAY3 day/night sights, and an optics-ready slide that accepts ROMEOZero and Shield RMSc footprints. It is further upgraded with a Radian Weapons aluminum backstrap and flared magazine well in bronze, and it comes with five extended steel magazines in both 21- and 25-round capacities.

The TACOPS configuration delivers the P365-XMACRO format in 9mm Luger with a 4.3 in threaded barrel and knurled protector. It features the flat XSeries-style trigger, a stainless steel slide with a black Nitron-like finish, and the polymer XMacro grip module.
The slide includes front and rear serrations and an optics-ready cut for ROMEOZero and Shield RMSc footprint micro red dots. Factory SIG X-RAY3 day/night sights are installed, with a high-visibility green front dot and a two-dot rear.
Upgrades include a Radian Weapons aluminum backstrap and a flared magazine well, both bronze anodized and installed. The setup pairs with the XMacro grip module's true 1913 Picatinny accessory rail with three slots.
Five extended steel magazines are included: three with witness holes numbered to 21 and two to 25. With the 25-round magazine, stated capacity is 25+1.
Made in the USA and manufactured in 2025, this is a recent-release P365-XMACRO TACOPS with a threaded barrel and useful capacity options right out of the case.
