Built as the Refined Carry Pistol (RCP), this Ultra RCP II is optimized for concealed carry with its dehorned Carry Melt treatment and bobbed controls to reduce snag points. Rear-only cocking serrations and the compact 3-inch barrel keep the profile slim and easy to manage.
The integral machined trench/gutter sighting system provides a low-profile solution without dovetailed sights. A small rear notch aids alignment while preserving a smooth top line for carry. The pistol retains classic 1911 operation with single-action only function.
Factory Crimson Trace Lasergrips (rosewood pattern) with front-strap activation deliver an additional aiming reference while maintaining a traditional grip feel. The solid black trigger and skeletonized commander-style hammer complete the Custom Shop configuration.
The aluminum alloy frame with KimPro II matte finish contributes to the 25 oz empty weight and two-tone appearance. Safety features include a grip safety, a left-side manual thumb safety, and a Series II firing pin block. Capacity is 7+1 in .45 ACP, with a micro 1911 format and 6.8-inch overall length.
