The DoubleTap uses a double-action-only system with internal hammers that alternately fire each barrel. Loading is via a break-open action with manual extraction, and ambidextrous barrel-release catches support either-hand operation.
The stainless-steel barrel assembly has an octagonal exterior profile and is non-ported. The pistol is built around a micro footprint with an extremely slim width of approximately 0.665 inches per factory specification, tailored for discreet carry.
Sighting is fixed and low-profile: a front low blade with a green dot pairs with a trench-style rear notch carrying two green dots. The three-dot reference system provides a clear, simple sight picture aligned with the pistol’s streamlined design.
