The Performance Center Carry Comp configuration features a single top barrel port aligned with a slide window to vent gas upward. The slide also includes chevron cocking serrations and lightening cuts, all finished in matte black.
The slide is optics-cut, offering a direct footprint area for mounting a compatible micro red dot (plates or optics not included). Iron sights consist of a high-visibility green-dot front sight whose body is marked "2 NF H3" and a serrated square-notch rear.
The striker-fired action uses a flat-faced trigger with an integral safety lever. Controls include a manual thumb safety, a trigger safety, and a reversible magazine release. The black polymer frame wears M&P-series texture for consistent purchase.
Additional factory markings include "MARYVILLE, TN U.S.A." on the slide and the safety warning "CAUTION–CAPABLE OF FIRING WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED." Capacity is 15+1, and this example ships with three 15-round magazines and one 13-round magazine to fit different carry or shooting needs.
